This page is dedicated to blog posts from a number of wedding venues in Fife I have worked at. As someone who grew up in Fife it’s always a pleasure to return to photograph a wedding at one of the many fantastic venues on offer. Before I moved to Edinburgh I shot most of my weddings in Fife so I’m familiar with many of the venues. What strikes me the most is the landscape and scenery. From coastal towns such as St Andrews with access to beautiful beaches to more remote country houses and even converted barns. All of which can provide an intimate setting for a wedding. Some of my favourite venues include Craigsanquhar House, Balbirnie House and Kinkell Byre. Many of which also offer outdoor ceremonies! In my view, the real beauty of holding your wedding in the Fife countryside is the easy access to the fields and gardens which surround many of the venues providing great photograph opportunities right on your doorstep. Not forgetting that many of the country houses in Fife have lovely period interiors if the weather is unfavourable!
Although not every wedding I photograph is featured on my blog you can also contact me to see if I have shot at your venue of choice before. There are also many new venues in Fife such as Kinross House which I hope to work at in the near future! If you’ve yet to book your wedding venue you might then like to have a look through wedding venues from all over Scotland. There are also pages dedicated to Scottish wedding venues by region which I have worked at before.
Have you booked your big day at one of the many wedding venues in Fife? Then you might like to contact me to check my availability on your chosen wedding date.
